Meet Davit Gharibyan

Davit has immigrated to the United States from Armenia in 2001 in pursuit of freedom and opportunities.

Davit completed his bachelor of science degree in Business Administration and worked several years in corporate America. After many years of working in corporate world he realized the need of other flows of income other than employment to achieve true financial freedom.

Davit began investing in real estate, since it’s the best wealth creating vehicle out there. As many beginner real estate investors, Davit started wholesaling and flipping single family houses.

In July of 2019 he acquired his first 17 units multifamily property in Farmington, Minnesota.

Currently, Davit is actively acquiring properties in Minneapolis Saint Paul metro area with a target to expand to South East markets in the United States.
