I am a strong believer in building wealth and financial freedom with real estate. Not surprising, my social media feed gets flooded with promotions of different gurus and coaches pitching how to wholesale or flip a house.
Look there is nothing wrong with doing these deals. You can easily make tens of thousands of dollars.
But I want to encourage you to start thinking big if you’re going to play the real estate game. Start thinking in terms of millions and billions. Would you want to be stuck doing those tiny deals or trophy deals that everyone talks about?
Also, since the world is full of small thinkers it’s extremely crowded on the bottom. Not everyone wants to do big deals. You have better chances succeeding doing large deals than small ones.
So if you’re going to think, you might as well think big.
