I haven’t been posting lately…
Quite a bit has been going on. I sold my first building in November of 2021 and bought another 17 unit vacant building in December of 2021.
As the new acquisition was vacant lots of work went into rehabbing it, and leasing up.
I have decided to self-manage this property, and what fun it is.
Not a single dull day goes by.
Now that the property is fully occupied, things are finally settling in. Of course things break and issues arise while running the property, but it’s manageable.
With more time on my hand, I am doing some house cleaning/rebranding of my websites. I am also making some content going over the basics of real estate. Also I figured I need to be more active and show the day to day life of running a rental property/business.
